Job description

The ideal candidate will be someone who is:

  • both energetic and creative
    Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to learn new software independently and process quickly
  • Experience facilitating workshops on solution design and process design
  • Experience with business analysis and/or project management is a plus!

Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the VP, Client Director and Marketing & Sales Enablement, you will be focused on managing a high volume of prospect accounts, qualifying new business opportunities, and generating pipeline
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for action, a collaborative work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a focus on converting next steps in every meeting
  • Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Build interest in VTH solutions though outbound cold-calling and email
  • Use social selling tools and techniques to improve prospecting effectiveness
  • Generate qualified leads and turn leads into qualified prospects to build sales opportunities and pipeline
  • Research, understand and identify ideal customers and their needs to present them with appropriate suggestions and solutions
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and source new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between prospects and account executives
  • Build a point of view on how to best qualify customer needs
  • Articulate value and return on investment as they relate to customer needs
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales tools and assets to help continuously improve the sales process
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of sales results for the Client Director
  • Keep up with market changes, new products & services, and finance in terms of pricing changes and payment plans
  • Focus on customer satisfaction throughout the customer acquisition process



  • 1-3 years of software sales experience with at least one year dedicated to outbound sales
  • Proven achievement of quota attainment in pipeline and new revenue
  • Experience with CRM software usage
  • Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, and chart analysis
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools for prospecting, research and social selling
  • Familiar with Zoom, Google Meet, Team Meeting
  • BS degree in business, marketing, communication, or similar fields is a plus
